At Kismizzle, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your item, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returns

You may return any item within 7 days of delivery, as long as it is in new, unused condition with all original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at service@kismizzle.com with the following details:

  • Your name and order number
  • The reason for your return
  • Clear photos as proof of the issue
  • Whether you would like a refund or an exchange

Our Customer Support team will review your request and respond within 1-3 business days to confirm if your item is eligible for return. Please wait for our confirmation before shipping your item back. The return address will be provided by our team, as we have warehouses in different locations.

Damaged or Defective Items

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please follow these steps:

  1. Request a return for the item you wish to exchange.
  2. Once your return is confirmed, you may place a new order for your preferred item.

Refunds

We strive to process refunds quickly. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund within 10 business days. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The exact cost depends on the carrier you choose.
